Dr. Anila Paul

Dr. Anila Paul, an Indian by birth and a New Zealand Citizen, is an experienced senior clinician and psychotherapist in the field of Addictions and Mental health, treating individuals and families affected by addictions and co-morbid mental health disorders.

An experienced senior clinician and psychotherapist in the field of Addictions and Mental health treating individuals and families affected by addictions and co-morbid mental health disorders.

Her expertise is in providing prevention programs, counseling, case management and has a proven background in health service planning, program development and implementation of Addiction and Mental health programs at both regional and national levels in New Zealand.

Dr Anila is currently residing in Sri Lanka, setting up “Ayuda Centre of Healing” at Thalahena, Negombo, which is a centre for wellness and recovery, that integrates western and eastern philosophies to renew, rejuvenate and transform people’s lives in a meaningful way.



Mr Shanuka De Silva

Shanuka Aveen De Silva is a results-driven and accomplished Business Management Specialist with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and business growth. With a Master’s in Business Management from UCAM Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia in Spain, Shanuka possesses a unique blend of academic knowledge and practical experience.

Throughout his career, Shanuka has demonstrated exceptional leadership capabilities, optimising operational processes, cultivating strong client relationships, and spearheading strategic initiatives. His expertise lies in operational efficiency, process improvement, performance management, resource allocation, compliance, and risk mitigation.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Shanuka is a well-rounded individual with a passion for sports. He was the captain of the Maris Stella College 1st XI cricket team and represented Sri Lanka in the national Under 15 Cricket Team, showcasing his leadership abilities from a young age.

Shanuka’s dedication to continuous improvement and his tech-savvy approach have enabled him to excel in various roles, including Customer Service Executive at HSBC Bank, Technical Officer at Global Constructions Lanka Pvt Ltd, and Executive-Ground Engineering at Trans Maldivian Airways. With his excellent communication skills, strategic problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results, Shanuka is poised to achieve remarkable success in his future endeavors.

 

Mr Dileepa Chithral Wijeyekoon

General Manager F& B and Hospitality

Dileepa Chithral Wijeyekoon, an esteemed hospitality professional with over 27 years of experience, has excelled in various leadership roles within the hotel industry. Beginning his journey as a waiter at Colombo Hilton, he swiftly ascended the ranks, serving in key positions at renowned establishments like Burj Al Arab and Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai.

With expertise spanning food and beverage, banquets, and overall hotel management, Wijeyekoon has demonstrated exceptional leadership during his tenure as General Manager at Sri Sharavi Beach Villas and Spa, as well as Hotel Director at Garton’s Cape Hotel in Sri Lanka.

His dedication to service excellence has been recognized with prestigious awards such as the World Luxury Hotel Awards, along with consistent acclaim from TripAdvisor. Wijeyekoon’s commitment to professional growth and hands-on leadership style has solidified his reputation as a respected and effective leader in the hospitality sector.

Mr Surantha Lloyd Fernando

SLIM - Administrative Officer

Surantha Lloyd Fernando Senevirathne is a versatile and committed professional with over two decades of diverse experience in marketing, administration, and management across various industries. His career began in 2002 as a Sales Representative at Fonny’s Pvt Ltd, where he excelled in selling a wide range of products to significant sectors including the military and police, showcasing his ability to navigate complex sales environments.

From 2006 to 2014, Surantha transitioned to the production field, where he served as both a Production Assistant and later as a Production Manager at Paramount Print Pack Pvt Ltd. Here, he demonstrated his capability in supervising production quality, managing stock, and ensuring the timely delivery of products, proving his prowess in overseeing critical operational processes.

In 2014, Surantha took on a role as a Marketing Executive at John Keells Office Automation Pvt Ltd, where he was responsible for managing government tenders and retail marketing in the IT sector. His subsequent positions have included supervisory roles at Micro Net Global Services and as a Light Vehicle Driver in Hirdaramani KNIT’s shuttle service, reflecting his adaptability and broad skill set.

Most recently, as a Branch Manager at East Star Handlooms and now an Administration Officer at Ayuda Center of Healing , Surantha has continued to refine his skills in leadership, strategic planning, and organisational management. With professional qualifications in marketing from SLIM and graphic design from Wijaya Graphics, he combines technical knowledge with practical experience to drive business success and operational excellence.
